The whole process associated with the sale of the company is implemented in several stages – from the drafting of documentation and initial valuation, via the identification and approaching of potential investors, to negotiations with selected candidates and transaction completion. Within its comprehensive service offer in the field of mergers and acquisitions, Facility also offers to its clients consulting services in mergers. This transaction type often does not involve the whole company; rather, it is carried out within a selected part of the company, a specialized division or a subsidiary. At the same time, Facility is able to arrange management and financing for interesting investment projects. For such projects, we are mostly able to recommend several suitable investors who are experienced in the relevant field and have the required expertise. We are also able to assist to management interested in future development of the company in transactions of the management acquisition type, both MBO (management buy-out) where management stays in the company and buys shares from the current shareholders or MBI (management buy-in) where top management comes to the company from outside and acquires joint control over the company together with a financial investor.
